ESU L.L.P. warrants each Red LED Light MK-02GX & MK-03TL to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to replacing or repairing any Red LED Light MK-02GX & MK-03TL or part thereof returned (prepaid) to ESU L.L.P. at 3-23-28 Shimo-Asao, Asao-ku, Kawasaki, Japan 215-0022 and found to be defective in either material or workmanship.
Proof of purchase date and serial number are required. Misuse, disassembling,
revamping, or submerging voids any warranty, expressed or implied.
It is expressly agreed by both parties that no representations or warranties,
express or implied, have been or are made by ESU L.L.P. except as stated
herein, and ESU L.L.P. makes NO WARRANTY,EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AS TO MERCHANTABILITY
OR AS TO FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, or with respect to any other
implied obligation on part of ESU L.L.P. The laws of Japan shall govern
the construction and interpretation of this warranty.The exclusive remedy
for claims arising hereunder shall be for repair or replacement. The liability
of ESU L.L.P. for defects in materials and /or workmanship, irrespective
of whether such defects are discoverable or latent, shall in no event exceed
the price of the particular Red LED Light MK-02G regardless of the type
of loss or damage claimed, or, at the election of ESU L.L.P. the repair
or replacement of the defective or damaged Red LED Light MK-02GX and MK-03TL.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ESU L.L.P. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF,OR INABILITY TO USE THIS
ESU L.L.P. reserves the right to make changes at any time in prices, specifications
or design without notice. ESU L.L.P. may add or remove accessory materials
and add or discontinue models without incurring obligation.
Principally only the unopened & unused prooduct may be returned (freight
prepaid) for refund within ten(10) days after the product arrives at the
recipient's Delivery Post. In order to claim your refund, you need RSN
(return shipment number) issued by ESU LLP.
You are kindly requested to study the product very carefully before ordering.
All return shipments without RSN(return shipment number) are not acceptable.
RSN can be obtained from ESU LLP(seller) by reporting the seller good &
reasonable reasons for returning the goods within
10 days after they arrive the Delivery Post.
The initial defective product may be claimed for replacement within 30
days after our invoice date, when the following documents should be attached.
1) EMS invoice or our delivery slip copy & our serial number starting
with S/N: RG-xxxxx.
2) The damage should not be caused by careless handling by the client such
as dropping, or pouring liquid
over it or by the client's negligence to follow the instruction manual,
or mounting batteries in the
3) It is not disassembled nor revamped by the client.
4) RSN(return shipment number)
5)Return shiiping cost for the troubled unit to ESU LLP in Japan is first paid by the buyer to be reimbursed after the unit is received by ESU LLP.
6)The troubled nit must be received by ESU LLP within two weeks after the
claim is first raised by the buyer. The violation of clause (6) will result
that the claimer might lose the benefit of receiving new free replacement
from ESU LLP.
Any claims caused by the battery leakage are not covered by this warranty.
Please always use the good quality alkaline battery.
Repair on charge basis
The repair due to the improper handling during the warranty period and
the repairs after
the warranty shall be performed on charge basis. The device that needs
repair should be
returned freight prepaid by he buyer to ESU LLP at 3-23-28 Shimo-Asao,
Asao-Ku, Kawasaki 215-0022
